What major carriers are used for shipping?

Do you offer gift cards?
At this moment Floella Dior does not offer gift cards. But we do offer free shipping, discounts, and online credit.
When will items arrive to shipping location??
Due to new shipping updates across USA, the speed of shipping has decreased. So shipping takes 7 - 10 days after processing of 1 - 2 weeks with standard shipping. For faster shipping please contact us at floelladiorllc@gmail.com to arrange faster shipping or contact our CEO on facebook at Floella Dior.
What is your return policy?
1. Items can be returned within 10 days after the purchase date. Please note that Free Gifts, Black Friday items, Body Scrubs, & Lashes cannot be returned.
2. Return shipping fee is based on your location. Please pay the cost to return with insurance and keep your returned invoice, provide that to our customer service at floelladiorllc@gmail.com with your information for partial refund to original payment method 7-10 business days.
3. You can call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office. Please include insurance.
4. After those steps are followed, please contact our customer service first for return address. Floelladiorllc@gmail.com or at the telephone number provided.
"Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached with original shipping bags and all original returned items."
"Shipping costs, exchanged items, are not reimbursed or exchanged, except in the case of defective merchandise or damaged (pictures required)."
How does your company care for items lost or stolen??
Once Floella Dior ships items and sends your tracking number all items are in the safety and care of USPS. If by chance you never receive your item or items after 7 days, please file a claim with USPS or your local carrier. If you need further assistance after that please email us at FloellaDiorllc@gmail.com for more information and we will contact your local post office personally.
What about unsatisfied items?
1. For items with quality or size issue, Free Return shipping is applicable. Please contact our customer service with some clear pictures to show the problem. Once confirmed, return address will be send to you immediately.
For below circumstances, customers could contact us for return or refund:
1). Received wrong or damaged item(s)
2). Items are not as described on product page
3). Missing item(s)
